HomeSellers Advantage was introduced, in early 2024 as a division of HomeBuyers Advantage. - Randy Rosen, founder of HomeBuyers Advantage (HBA), had a mission to save Buyers and Sellers as much money as possible by keeping overhead costs at a minimum, thus enabling a low commission structure. Since March of 1996, HomeBuyers Advantage has been doing exactly that. HBA, was first conceived as an exclusive Buyer's Agency. Initially, Buyers were zealously represented and received incentives when they purchased a home using a HomeBuyers Advantage agent. Randy and his agents worked tirelessly, saving Buyer clients thousands of dollars. In early 1999, HBA shifted its' attention to expanding services toward Sellers as well. The company introduced an innovative, low cost commission structure and HBA’s Payless for MLS program debuted in early 2000. This program was immediately accepted by Sellers throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area. The overwhelming success of this program culminated in Randy’s recognition by the Business Journal for being a top sales agent throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area. Since then, several other HBA agents have joined the million dollar sales club.
